I love it...bought it for the bedroom, the sound and volume is just perfect for the size room (14'x20'). It is what it's suppose to be, a MICRO system, the sound it produces really is good, possibly excellent for the size. I use it at night to play "white noise" CD's for sleep, and in the mornings I play a local station to run on the treadmill and it has met my needs.
My only concern would be at this point if something went wrong with the remote, most of the details of functions are dependent on the remote, there are functions on the unit itself but they are the standard (change channel, volume, power), not a menu button to navigate to the finer choices (i.e. repeat on CD continuous or once).
Also the opening for placement of the CD is way to cool...sort has that Star Trek appeal. For the money, I believe it is a great purchase. At this point I would buy it again and thumb's up for other interested parties who are looking for a Micro system.
